After scraping by for over a year working in Spain, I decided that in order to make some money and get the experience I wanted working in a language academy, I would need to head to Asia. In August 2018 I decided to uproot my life and move across the world to Chongqing, China to teach English. I was hired by a company called English First which has language institutions all over China.
