I found a position through Noon Elite Recruitment at Hangzhou Dong Guan Primary School, a local Primary School in Hangzhou. The school employed me via a Chinese employment agency Haida HR. The position by an Umbrella employer agency called Haida based in Hangzhou. Here’s what I have to say about the position. The School Where was your school? I had the most amazing experience in China. I taught at a private boarding school in central Hangzhou (a 10 minute walk from West Lake- the most famous area of Hangzhou) with excellent facilities. The kids were amazing, and it was obvious the teachers cared a lot about their education. Classes were tough to begin with as I had zero previous teaching experience but once you’re thrown in a classroom of fourteen 7-year-old kids and mostly left to your own devices, you quickly learn! Hey Everyone, I’m writing this for my girlfriend and I who spent a year in Hangzhou working for Greentown Yuhua School via the Haida agency. I’ve put it into sections which I hope is helpful.
